Bio: Gary Goodrich

Gary Goodrich, President & CEO, ProPay USA, Inc.

Mr. Goodrich, ProPay CEO since July 2000, has 19 years of financial services experience working with large financial institutions, managing various corporate departments, and managing profit/loss responsibilities for corporate divisions. Goodrich previously served as Director of Sales and Marketing/Sr. Vice President for Sutro and Co. in San Francisco (now Dain Rauscher/RBC). He has also advised public and private technology firms regarding capital markets issues and investments, particularly in Silicon Valley. He worked for several years in New York City and in San Francisco for Goldman, Sachs and Co., as well as four years for K.P/PaineWebber, where he served as a National Director and a Divisional Vice President. At Kidder Peabody, Mr. Goodrich directed a strategic department serving the Firm's top U.S. clients. He has also successfully founded new financial services businesses in California. Gary's educational background includes a Law Degree from BYU and a Masters in Business Administration from The Marriott School of Management at BYU. Gary was named as one of the top Utah Venture Entrepreneurs in 2004 by Vspring Capital.
